It's an educated guess; I designed and I run this website myself and you're just the sort of person I want to help!

Maybe you weren't speeding; maybe you were - I'm not interested, HONESTLY! I just want to help you get your case dismissed.

I can't guarantee it like some websites do - believe me, no-one can despite the tall claims! Even the famous 'celebrity lawyers' cannot guarantee to get you off, and to be honest why should they care? They get their exorbitant fees regardless.

Unlike some of the famous lawyer websites, I'm not going to draw you in with false promises and scare you with possible worse case outcomes when you call a freephone number, only to take a hefty deposit which then spirals out of control when cases go to court...

I'm not 'in the business' and law doesn't interest me in the slightest. I'm just a normal person who decided to defend myself on a speeding case recently. I did months and months of research, on the net, in libraries and even took advice from some of the best (well most expensive!) traffic lawyers in the UK. I represented myself and the case was dismissed. Now I want to share the information I learnt with you.

Everyone agrees that speeding is a dangerous activity best avoided. It can ruin lives, cause damage and result in a driver losing his or her licence. With this in mind, even the most careful of drivers occasionally allow their speed to rise above the limit. Although we do not condone the use of inappropriate speed, we do believe that it is the right of an individual to have full access to resources of the law.
